Abstract

This article examines the critical role of emotionally intelligent leadership in fostering inclusivity within organizations. Drawing on a comprehensive literature review, the study highlights how emotional intelligence (EI) contributes to inclusive leadership by enhancing empathy, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills. Key findings demonstrate that emotionally intelligent leaders create psychologically safe environments, mitigate unconscious biases, and promote diversity and equity. The study also explores the transformative impact of EI on team dynamics, illustrating how leaders with high EI foster trust, collaboration, and innovation in diverse workplace settings. Moreover, the findings extend existing research by addressing the application of EI in hybrid and remote teams, a growing challenge in the post-pandemic era. The methodology employs a systematic review approach, synthesizing data from peer-reviewed articles, empirical studies, and theoretical frameworks. This ensures a robust analysis of how EI principles intersect with inclusive leadership practices. Recommendations emphasize the need for organizations to integrate EI training into leadership development programs, design equitable policies, and leverage technology to enhance inclusivity. The study contributes to knowledge by providing actionable insights into the practical implementation of EI-driven leadership strategies. It underscores the transformative potential of emotionally intelligent leadership in addressing modern organizational challenges and promoting sustainable inclusivity. Future research directions include exploring the integration of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, in EI leadership frameworks to address emerging workplace dynamics.
